My family loves this kite. We have gifted it to family and friends, and have bought a second one for ourselves. It is incredibly easy to get up as long as there is wind. If I can fly it anyone can. I'm the Charlie Brown of kite flying.

I have one of these in our cars in case we're out and there's a nice breeze. Easy to store! Good to have one or two on hand for the last minute gift when the kids get invited to birthday party's as it fits for both girls and boys.

After having tried a multitude of kites already, some which I've reviewed and some which I haven't, I ended up on this particular kite after many wasted hours struggling to get continuous flight from kites in a more expensive bracket. After opening the package and removing two rubber bands from the folded up streamer tail, I had this high in the air in less than thirty seconds. I was shocked at just how easy and simple this kite was to get going. The kite also looks good in the air and as seeing kites in the air is more of an anomaly these days, several cars passing by all stopped to watch this thing whip around beautifully in the air. The joy of flying a kite never ceases to amaze me and is a lot like meditation. If it's been awhile since you've flown one, I highly recommend this product. The quality of the kite is sturdy, but I do recommend buying a 500 ft spool and maybe even a winder as the 120 feet of line that comes with it leaves you wanting to get it even higher. But 120 feet is enough for first time flyers. ... ...

The kite is a breeze to take out of the package and quickly begin to play. The material is resilient and attractive to boot. The storage bag it comes with is a great idea as well. The only problem I see with the kite is the line that comes with the kite is too short and the spool is difficult to use. I would recommend purchasing a different spool--preferably one which is up to 500 feet. Overall, the kite is great fun!

I like this kite and it's easy to use and to store. However, I was very disappointed that it did not come with the nylon carry case as described. My main purpose for buying this kite was to have one to keep in the car.. so the case was a real selling feature. I had to buy another bag to keep it in.

Worked great. Side by side the ease of flying and stability crushed the performance of a typical cheap plastic diamond kite. The long tails take a while to pack up when done, but otherwise very quick and easy to deploy and repack.

Fantastic kite, easy to use, no assembly and provides unlimited hours of fun at the beach or wherever there is lots of room for "crash landings". Great sport as well as you manoeuver it with the winds.

I genuinely love this kite! This is the kite with which I always finish a flying session and I can fly it in winds that are too light for my delta two-line stunt kites, so it eases that frustration! It packs away into a 6 × 6 inch pouch complete with lines and handles (I use Sky Claws because standard wrist straps can cut in a bit when the kite pulls in a stronger breeze - haven't tried padded straps though) which makes it really portable, is easy to set up, and easy to launch single-handed. OK, it won't axel, yo-yo, tip-stab, or do any other of those neat tricks a finely-tuned framed stunt kite will do, but it'll carve great curves, turn on a dime, and accelerate madly and stretch your muscles when the wind gets up. Hook on a tail and write in the sky! Being soft there's nothing to break but your pride if you do plow it into the dirt - and yes, that'll happen when it doubles its speed in a gust on a down-curve or ground-level fly-by. But I have never had to do the "walk of shame" to get it relaunched because a few judicious tugs will straighten it out and get it back into the air to scream upward to the top of the wind window. It has decent pull and will drag my 220lb a few steps when the wind grabs it, which makes it perhaps too strong for the little kids.

Fun and easy to use. Great kite for the curious kiter getting into power kiting. Do not be disappointed if the first time you go out in low winds and it doesn't have "pick me up" like you see in videos, it will in higher winds.

This is my 2nd snapshot. The first worn out by use thruogh the years. It is fast and extremely pleasent to fly. Get one!

This is a small, fast kite with long lines. It's very compact and has a nice case. This kite works best in higher winds. What's frustrating is that it takes too long to unravel the lines each time you fly it. Also, it traps sand easily because of the front vents. And, I was bummed to find that one of the lines was about 6 inches shorter than the other. Kite is good quality though, except for the line length problem. I sent the kite back to Amazon. Update: I later bought a 3m kitesurfing trainer and am very happy with it. It has a bar which makes it quick to unwind the lines and it pulls pretty hard with lots of wind. I've even started using it to pull me around on a skateboard. Also, I much prefer using a bar than two handles like the Snapshot.
